The Cocoon is a 3-month or 6-month private mentorship designed to support spiritual maturation, nervous system integration, and embodied leadership.
This mentorship blends ancient wisdom traditions with modern psychological and entrepreneurial understanding, offering a grounded, heart-centered path for those who are awakening and ready to live that awakening responsibly.
Because this work is deeply personal and customized, only 5 mentees are accepted per cycle:
3 virtual mentorship slots
2 in-person mentorship slots
All mentees are selected through an application and interview process to ensure alignment, readiness, and mutual clarity.
Your mentorship will be customized within the following areas, based on your needs, goals, and spiritual maturity (determined during the interview process):
Yogic philosophy (Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras)
Meditation foundations and contemplative practice
Holding sacred space (for self and others)
Energy healing and energetic literacy
Spiritual hygiene and maintenance
Heart-centered living and ethical embodiment
Psychology, shadow work, and inner child healing
Nervous system integration and regulation
Kundalini and enlightenment traditions
Bliss cultivation and embodied joy
Divine feminine archetypal medicine
Tree of Life teachings (Kemetic principles)
Universal law and conscious manifestation
Digital entrepreneurship and soul-aligned creation
