What is Kundalini?

What is Kundalini? Fundamentally, Kundalini is the energy that is trapped within a person’s body in certain concentrated areas. It is the soul quickening force and has the potential to accelerate the spiritual journey to enlightenment.

Kundalini is made up of 2 forces:

  • Shakti

    • Always in flow, everchanging, feminine, represents ALL forms, and is said to be located at the base of the spine

  • Shiva

    • Never changes, is transcendental, masculine, represents the formless, and is said to be located at the crown of the head

Kundalini Activation focuses on the Shakti principal. Kundalini Shakti is the special shakti energy inside each individual. Once awakened it takes you to your shiva or your higher self through a unique purification process.

Kundalini Shakti has her own intelligence and once activated regardless of your doing this process begins and continues. This session is designed to activate and aid the ascension of your kundalini Shakti energy as well as give each individual tools and techniques to aid this purification process.
